Offices@Cunningham business residents enjoy free business development services via the University of Georgia Small Business Development Center.
The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center helps clients develop and update business plans, identify source of capital, set up record keeping systems and financial analytics, conduct specialized research, create marketing strategies, and conduct operational and financial diagnostic assessments.

Business residents enjoy administrative support from Diane Karnes.
Diane joined the Offices at Cunningham staff in August of 2019. Just prior to arriving at CSU, she was employed by the City of Columbus most recently as the Administrative Assistant to Mayor Skip Henderson in Columbus, GA. She has extensive experience in the areas of office administration, accounting, staff support, and customer service management. She resides in Columbus with her husband and has one grown daughter who currently lives in Dallas, Texas.
